So far, that is exactly how I feel about them, they are the kind of company I want to do business with. Bought a refurbished Dell R740XD from them through Amazon. It really is a first-class refurb. Looks and performs like it is brand new. Bought some additional RAM from them in a separate order. Everything great so far.

I wasn't sure about them so I looked up reviews which seemed to be pretty good across the board so I ordered a used Dell R620.
