Ordered my first Rack server from them. I'm absolutely loving it. The hardware configuration wasn't quite right (wrong Raid controller), but they quickly resolved it by sending a replacement. They were helpful, and patient.

I honestly hate to share a tech secret, but TechMikeNY is the best in the business for used servers. Super friendly staff (coming from a Texan) and always a pleasure to work with. I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap.
