Local Pickup Instructions

We’re excited to make your pickup experience as smooth and convenient as possible! Whether you’re grabbing a single server or a smaller tech accessory, our team is ready to assist you. Just follow the simple steps below, and we’ll have your order in your hands in no time. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we can’t wait to meet you!

1. Reach out via email or phone to let us know when you'd like to pick up your order.
2. Remember to have your order number handy when you arrive!
3. Head over to TechMikeNY at the Brooklyn Army Terminal, 140 58th St, Bldg B, STE 4G.
- Picking up a server? Feel free to wait at Loading Dock 3.
- For smaller orders, you're welcome to relax in the elevator lobby just past the Loading Dock.
4. Give us a call to confirm your name and order number, and let us know what you or your vehicle look like so we can spot you at Dock 3.
5. We'll bring your order to you within 15 minutes!
