Ordered a server and I didn't add a network card and someone from TechMikeNY called me (the first business day after I ordered!) to let me know that if I didn't add one, the server wouldn't boot correctly. They also recommended a network card to fix that. Really appreciate that kind of service!

Even though I'm new to servers, I've never been one to ask for help when I'm trying to learn something new yet I ended up having to contact their tech support when I had some questions and I'm glad I did. Due to my pride/ego I was a little embarrassed to admit I didn't understand certain terms and specs yet the tech was extremely patient and completely willing to help.
