I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap.
