I found TechMikeNY by chance doing a simple Google search looking for a used server for a project. I wasn't sure about them so I looked up reviews which seemed to be pretty good across the board so I ordered a used Dell R620. Even though I'm new to servers, I've never been one to ask for help when I'm trying to learn something new yet I ended up having to contact their tech support when I had some questions and I'm glad I did. Due to my pride/ego I was a little embarrassed to admit I didn't understand certain terms and specs yet the tech was extremely patient and completely willing to help. As someone who has worked in different fields of the tech industry for a long time, I've run into many know-it-all types who like to talk down on people. I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap. No complaints!

Ordered a server and I didn't add a network card and someone from TechMikeNY called me (the first business day after I ordered!) to let me know that if I didn't add one, the server wouldn't boot correctly. They also recommended a network card to fix that. Really appreciate that kind of service!
