I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. Ordered my first Rack server from them. I'm absolutely loving it. The hardware configuration wasn't quite right (wrong Raid controller), but they quickly resolved it by sending a replacement. They were helpful, and patient.

Ordered a server and I didn't add a network card and someone from TechMikeNY called me (the first business day after I ordered!) to let me know that if I didn't add one, the server wouldn't boot correctly. They also recommended a network card to fix that. Really appreciate that kind of service!
