I found TechMikeNY by chance doing a simple Google search looking for a used server for a project. I wasn't sure about them so I looked up reviews which seemed to be pretty good across the board so I ordered a used Dell R620. Even though I'm new to servers, I've never been one to ask for help when I'm trying to learn something new yet I ended up having to contact their tech support when I had some questions and I'm glad I did. Due to my pride/ego I was a little embarrassed to admit I didn't understand certain terms and specs yet the tech was extremely patient and completely willing to help. They made everything so easy for me. I've since ordered some SSDs from them and from now on anything server related I am ordering from them. As someone who has worked in different fields of the tech industry for a long time, I've run into many know-it-all types who like to talk down on people. I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap.
