I found TechMikeNY by chance doing a simple Google search looking for a used server for a project. I wasn't sure about them so I looked up reviews which seemed to be pretty good across the board so I ordered a used Dell R620. Even though I'm new to servers, I've never been one to ask for help when I'm trying to learn something new yet I ended up having to contact their tech support when I had some questions and I'm glad I did. Ordered my first Rack server from them. I'm absolutely loving it. The hardware configuration wasn't quite right (wrong Raid controller), but they quickly resolved it by sending a replacement. They were helpful, and patient.
