Ordered my first Rack server from them. I'm absolutely loving it. The hardware configuration wasn't quite right (wrong Raid controller), but they quickly resolved it by sending a replacement. They were helpful, and patient.

Have been using them for years. Never had a problem, they do what they say. Equipment has been tested and well worth the value. Sent many other customers to them as I trust them and they have good value.

I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap. No complaints!

I honestly hate to share a tech secret, but TechMikeNY is the best in the business for used servers. Super friendly staff (coming from a Texan) and always a pleasure to work with. I found TechMikeNY by chance doing a simple Google search looking for a used server for a project. I wasn't sure about them so I looked up reviews which seemed to be pretty good across the board so I ordered a used Dell R620. Even though I'm new to servers, I've never been one to ask for help when I'm trying to learn something new yet I ended up having to contact their tech support when I had some questions and I'm glad I did. Due to my pride/ego I was a little embarrassed to admit I didn't understand certain terms and specs yet the tech was extremely patient and completely willing to help. They made everything so easy for me. I've since ordered some SSDs from them and from now on anything server related I am ordering from them. As someone who has worked in different fields of the tech industry for a long time, I've run into many know-it-all types who like to talk down on people. Well these are the helpful kind of know-it-alls who treat you with respect and I highly recommend them.

Ordered a server and I didn't add a network card and someone from TechMikeNY called me (the first business day after I ordered!) to let me know that if I didn't add one, the server wouldn't boot correctly. They also recommended a network card to fix that. Really appreciate that kind of service!
