I honestly hate to share a tech secret, but TechMikeNY is the best in the business for used servers. Super friendly staff (coming from a Texan) and always a pleasure to work with. The used servers come like new and ready to put to work. Hands down, they have our trust and their client support is 2nd to NONE!

I found TechMikeNY by chance doing a simple Google search looking for a used server for a project. I wasn't sure about them so I looked up reviews which seemed to be pretty good across the board so I ordered a used Dell R620. Even though I'm new to servers, I've never been one to ask for help when I'm trying to learn something new yet I ended up having to contact their tech support when I had some questions and I'm glad I did. Due to my pride/ego I was a little embarrassed to admit I didn't understand certain terms and specs yet the tech was extremely patient and completely willing to help. They made everything so easy for me. I've since ordered some SSDs from them and from now on anything server related I am ordering from them. As someone who has worked in different fields of the tech industry for a long time, I've run into many know-it-all types who like to talk down on people. Well these are the helpful kind of know-it-alls who treat you with respect and I highly recommend them.

Whether you're a pro, or just an enthusiast, TechMikeNY is an absolute pleasure to do business with. They are my go-to for all my server needs, for both work and play. They're very knowledgable, and have always answered all of my questions (even the ones I felt a little silly for having to ask). They ship fast and professionally, prices are extremely fair, equipment is clean and top-notch, you really can't ask for more. I love their "Configure to Order" tool on their web site, it's an awesome way to spec out and purchase a server.
I also find their email newsletter enlightening. Let's be honest, most email newsletters go to the trashcan pretty quick, but I actually find TechMike's informative and educational. I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap. No complaints!

TechMikeNY's products are warrantied against defects in packaging, functionality, material, and workmanship for one year (365 Days) from their original purchase date. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, upgraded, or fully refunded per customer request and TechMikeNY's ability to meet the request. The warranty covers all products and product parts, as well as shipping of any replacements within the Continental US. For orders outside of the Continental US, TechMikeNY does not cover the shipping costs of replacement parts.
Extended Warranty
TechMikeNY offers extended warranties for a premium – these include a three-year and a five-year warranty. Extended warranties are available for all server configurations. Please see important warranty terms and conditions below:
- – Extended warranties only cover shipping costs of replacement parts for purchases made within the Continental US.
- – Extended warranties cover all server products and product parts.
- – Customer support is available for servers with extended warranties, at no additional cost. Our reps are available to help 9:00am through 5:00pm EST on business days (the order number is needed for our reps to pull warranty information).
- – Return shipping is 100% covered by TechMikeNY's extended warranty for customers within the Continental US.
- – Warranties do not cover damages to our parts and systems that are the result of negligence or misuse by the owner.

Returns
No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our customer service department. Non-defective items can only be returned if they were purchased directly from TechMikeNY. Customers must request an RMA within one year of receiving their order(s) for a full refund of the purchase price.
