Due to my pride/ego I was a little embarrassed to admit I didn't understand certain terms and specs yet the tech was extremely patient and completely willing to help. Ordered my first Rack server from them. I'm absolutely loving it. The hardware configuration wasn't quite right (wrong Raid controller), but they quickly resolved it by sending a replacement. They were helpful, and patient.
