I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap. No complaints!

Defective items will be repaired, replaced, upgraded, or fully refunded per customer request and TechMikeNY's ability to meet the request. The warranty covers all products and product parts, as well as shipping of any replacements within the Continental US. For orders outside of the Continental US, TechMikeNY does not cover the shipping costs of replacement parts.
Extended Warranty
