I'm a private cloud company and have ordered several servers from TechMikeNY (9 so far). Servers come fast, firmware usually already up to date, and no issues with the actual hardware. When needing support, Mike is always there. I highly recommend using the Custom order feature if building clusters - not only can you ensure consistency, but there are a wide range of compatible parts to research and choose from. Prices are very reasonable, and I appreciate how the site is aware of stock, increasing time of delivery with no delays. My entire business runs on hardware provided by TechMikeNY. I ordered a Dell PowerEdge r530 from TechMikeNY, and my experience has been very positive. The build-to-order form leaves nothing to chance--it lets you build your system to your exact specifications. The pricing can't be beat. And I can now report that customer service is top-notch. I had a license issue with my order, and they addressed and fixed the problem right away.
I did a lot of research before choosing TechMikeNY. In the end, no other online vendors could match the price, availability, or granularity of system builds. Please note that I have posted very few Google reviews (or any other sites' reviews), but I felt like this experience was worth reviewing. A+++

I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap. No complaints!

TechMikeNY's products are warrantied against defects in packaging, functionality, material, and workmanship for one year (365 Days) from their original purchase date. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, upgraded, or fully refunded per customer request and TechMikeNY's ability to meet the request. The warranty covers all products and product parts, as well as shipping of any replacements within the Continental US. For orders outside of the Continental US, TechMikeNY does not cover the shipping costs of replacement parts.
Extended Warranty
TechMikeNY offers extended warranties for a premium – these include a three-year and a five-year warranty. Extended warranties are available for all server configurations. Please see important warranty terms and conditions below:
- – Extended warranties only cover shipping costs of replacement parts for purchases made within the Continental US.
- – Extended warranties cover all server products and product parts.
- – Customer support is available for servers with extended warranties, at no additional cost. Our reps are available to help 9:00am through 5:00pm EST on business days (the order number is needed for our reps to pull warranty information).
- – Return shipping is 100% covered by TechMikeNY's extended warranty for customers within the Continental US.
- – Warranties do not cover damages to our parts and systems that are the result of negligence or misuse by the owner.
- – TechMikeNY reserves the right to repair or replace the part or product, using parts or products that are the same or better in performance and reliability as the original.

Returns
No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our customer service department. Non-defective items can only be returned if they were purchased directly from TechMikeNY. Customers must request an RMA within one year of receiving their order(s) for a full refund of the purchase price.
