Bought a dell poweredge about a year ago , had a million questions before I made the plunge for a homelab , amazing company, have had to upgrade a couple things with my growing needs and knowledge they have been amazing with help and suggestions, I would recommend them to anyone looking to find hardware at a reasonable price , shipping was super fast and very well packaged , it's been a great year with my poweredge r720, look forward to getting another server from these guys in the future 😀

I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap. I found TechMikeNY by chance doing a simple Google search looking for a used server for a project.
