They started in a garage in Brooklyn with the mission to be the kind of company they would want to do business with. So far, that is exactly how I feel about them, they are the kind of company I want to do business with. Bought a refurbished Dell R740XD from them through Amazon. It really is a first-class refurb. Looks and performs like it is brand new. Bought some additional RAM from them in a separate order. Everything great so far.

I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap. No complaints!

I found TechMikeNY by chance doing a simple Google search looking for a used server for a project. I wasn't sure about them so I looked up reviews which seemed to be pretty good across the board so I ordered a used Dell R620. Even though I'm new to servers, I've never been one to ask for help when I'm trying to learn something new yet I ended up having to contact their tech support when I had some questions and I'm glad I did. Due to my pride/ego I was a little embarrassed to admit I didn't understand certain terms and specs yet the tech was extremely patient and completely willing to help. They made everything so easy for me. I've since ordered some SSDs from them and from now on anything server related I am ordering from them. As someone who has worked in different fields of the tech industry for a long time, I've run into many know-it-all types who like to talk down on people. Well these are the helpful kind of know-it-alls who treat you with respect and I highly recommend them.

I'm a private cloud company and have ordered several servers from TechMikeNY (9 so far). Servers come fast, firmware usually already up to date, and no issues with the actual hardware. When needing support, Mike is always there. I highly recommend using the Custom order feature if building clusters - not only can you ensure consistency, but there are a wide range of compatible parts to research and choose from. Prices are very reasonable, and I appreciate how the site is aware of stock, increasing time of delivery with no delays. My entire business runs on hardware provided by TechMikeNY. Ordered a server and I didn't add a network card and someone from TechMikeNY called me (the first business day after I ordered!) to let me know that if I didn't add one, the server wouldn't boot correctly. They also recommended a network card to fix that. Really appreciate that kind of service!

TechMikeNY's products are warrantied against defects in packaging, functionality, material, and workmanship for one year (365 Days) from their original purchase date. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, upgraded, or fully refunded per customer request and TechMikeNY's ability to meet the request. The warranty covers all products and product parts, as well as shipping of any replacements within the Continental US. For orders outside of the Continental US, TechMikeNY does not cover the shipping costs of replacement parts.
Extended Warranty
TechMikeNY offers extended warranties for a premium – these include a three-year and a five-year warranty. Extended warranties are available for all server configurations. Please see important warranty terms and conditions below:
- – Extended warranties only cover shipping costs of replacement parts for purchases made within the Continental US.
- – Extended warranties cover all server products and product parts.
- – Customer support is available for servers with extended warranties, at no additional cost. Our reps are available to help 9:00am through 5:00pm EST on business days (the order number is needed for our reps to pull warranty information).

Returns
No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our customer service department. Non-defective items can only be returned if they were purchased directly from TechMikeNY. Customers must request an RMA within one year of receiving their order(s) for a full refund of the purchase price.
