I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. Even though I'm new to servers, I've never been one to ask for help when I'm trying to learn something new yet I ended up having to contact their tech support when I had some questions and I'm glad I did. Due to my pride/ego I was a little embarrassed to admit I didn't understand certain terms and specs yet the tech was extremely patient and completely willing to help. As someone who has worked in different fields of the tech industry for a long time, I've run into many know-it-all types who like to talk down on people.
