Heck, I was about to go on a scavenger hunt for a USB stick to install software on my latest purchase, and when I opened the box one was there! I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps.
