Ordered a server and I didn't add a network card and someone from TechMikeNY called me (the first business day after I ordered!) to let me know that if I didn't add one, the server wouldn't boot correctly. They also recommended a network card to fix that. Really appreciate that kind of service!

They started in a garage in Brooklyn with the mission to be the kind of company they would want to do business with. So far, that is exactly how I feel about them, they are the kind of company I want to do business with. Bought a refurbished Dell R740XD from them through Amazon. It really is a first-class refurb. Looks and performs like it is brand new. Bought some additional RAM from them in a separate order. Everything great so far.

Heck, I was about to go on a scavenger hunt for a USB stick to install software on my latest purchase, and when I opened the box one was there! I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap. No complaints!

Ordered my first Rack server from them. I'm absolutely loving it. The hardware configuration wasn't quite right (wrong Raid controller), but they quickly resolved it by sending a replacement. They were helpful, and patient.
