I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps. It ended up being a really weird issue and when I figured out which part was the culprit, they said they didn't have a replacement in stock, but they ordered one from a third party and had it shipped over asap. As someone who has worked in different fields of the tech industry for a long time, I've run into many know-it-all types who like to talk down on people. Well these are the helpful kind of know-it-alls who treat you with respect and I highly recommend them.
