Ordered my first Rack server from them. I'm absolutely loving it. The hardware configuration wasn't quite right (wrong Raid controller), but they quickly resolved it by sending a replacement. They were helpful, and patient.

So far, that is exactly how I feel about them, they are the kind of company I want to do business with. Bought a refurbished Dell R740XD from them through Amazon. It really is a first-class refurb. Looks and performs like it is brand new. Bought some additional RAM from them in a separate order. Everything great so far.

I found TechMikeNY by chance doing a simple Google search looking for a used server for a project. I needed to get a replacement for a part that was under warranty and TechMikeNY made the experience painless. They responded to my emails fast and provided some basic troubleshooting steps.
